I have bought an account on old school RuneScape years ago from BoostedMMO from owner LIMIQ.
This account as of today has been recovered back by him, I had 2.4Bil bank and 2170+ total level. Many 99’s including max items like infernal cape, infernal pet, many other pets.
I have thousands of hours put into this account. I reached out to boostedMMO via discord and they said all @PM.Me domain accounts were owned by LIMIQ and he has been MIA since 2022, and a DNT is on his account. where is the accountability here? New owners bought BoostedMMO but wouldn’t they be responsible for the reputation / business done by the brand before they took ownership but they are happily using the brand name to make sales? This doesn’t make sense. Just because there is a new owner, that makes it okay to have no liability to the previous accounts sold? That’s not the way business works in any facet.
I want accountability. I have lost years of my life and thousands of hours in this account. I am not starting over, I am done with this game. But I want accountability. I want people to know that they are at risk. What’s stopping this from happening again? Where one owner leaves and another owner comes along. Is this just a never ending cycle? There needs to be accountability or everyone is at risk.
I have proof that BoostedMMO Acknowledged that all @pm.me domains (email username) was owned by LIMIQ and that he left in 2022.

 

What's to say you didn't sell the account or lost email access or w/e?

You acknowledge that your previous owner is the one who sold @pm.me accounts, My account was purchased through your discord and is a @pm.me account, and you *have no records* available or any information on accounts you have sold? or your discord has sold?
It's a pity there is no way you can look up thru your ticket records for all of my tickets so I could locate the exact ticket I had used to buy the account.
You should be held responsible, I am going to dig harder to find more evidence against you.
I am fearful that anyone who buys or has bought accounts from your discord is at a risk now, and I am a living example of that

 

Our discord has been nuked like 3 times since you even bought the account. How would I look your ticket up, did you think?

Furtherly more, these are the T.O.S that Limiq used on his threads from what I have copy pasted onto my threads:

I don't know what Limiq used to have as account T.O.S, but it would be somewhat like this, that we use nowadays.

All of these disclaimers, we are confident in our sales, no risk of recovery this no risk of that
but yet the fact remains. This is a never ending cycle that is bound to happen just as it did, with no reprocussions.
I don't find it good business practice / ethics to take over a discord and then pretend like no business happened prior
you base your sales off of the rapport your discord / company has yet won't take responsibility when something like this happens.

I wish this was as easy as hitting you up like I did, originally pleading and asking desperately if you could help recover my account just to be told this was LIMIQ the prior owners domain or whatever. that he made the account, and im GG out of years and thousands of hours.
I can give you the username to the account via pm and you can see what kind of stats I got, All 99's except 80 def 82 attack 80 pray and the last 3 99's I had left are farming hunter and slayer.

Hi @Kanye,

I'd just like to mention a couple of things:
• As neither the customer nor us are aware of the ToS that was agreed to (although we can strongly assume it would be similar to our current), even if default Sythe ToS were to apply and Limiq sold this account to @BlakSol in "mid-ish 2021", the 2 year warranty period is now well and truly over regardless.

• The Discord data request is futile, as the only data they provide is as follows (source):

This very clearly mentions 'current servers you're in', not servers that were deleted 1.5+ years ago.

• In regards to how long it takes, Discord themselves advise 'up to 30 days' (source):

I don't think it is fair to have a report on us up for 30 days to wait for data that will provide nothing to the report, when the report, according to standard Sythe procedure is null and void.

And to give you some perspective, as according to the below, it seems you're not all too familiar with Discord:

This current server was created on January 16, 2024. Since your purchase, the BoostedMMO Discord server has been nuked about 2-3+ times. You being in the NEW server does quite literally nothing for your case.

Obviously that is again, impossible, as the server where the sale took place was nuked 1.5+ years ago.

 

The fact that you have to use every loop hole in the book, and get multiple of your admins on this to back you up all whilst acknowledging that limiq sold me the account, and was the owner of boosted, and sold @pm.me domain accounts which is my account that was recovered back is crazy.
I am just a one man army here, I think it is totally viable and reasonable to keep this report open and wait for my findings from discord. Because, who's to say I didn't have a DM conversation with limiq? and if I did which I might have because I may have pmed him way back when asking about accounts is possible. in that case, it would show up possibly in my records.
both you nor I work for discord, all we know is that the request for data will pull everything, and then based on those findings either i have adequate proof or not of a conversation.
The fact remains, that my account [email protected] was sold to me by boostedMMO, and it was recovered back. you say *I don't know what Limiq used to have as account T.O.S, but it would be somewhat like this, that we use nowadays.* Well you curent TOS or when you sell accounts says 100% Hand-Trained Email Registered No Risk of Recovery Created by us! Instant Delivery** which is exactly what limiq said/says from what I can remember.
The fact that you buy this entity from Limiq, or transferred ownership yet you have no means or conctact with him anymore to inquire about this is sketchy as well.
If this was a clean cut transfer, and not shady you would be able to just hit him up, or have the data readily available. to get my account back. But you don't because god knows what kind of shady deal took place or whatever it was, it was not ethical nor in the best interest of your customers

 

Just because Chaddy or peaceful 1 owns boostedMMO now instead of LIMIQ doesn't make BoostedMMO any less BoostedMMO

 

BoostedMMO = all of its current and previous owners, and you keep trying to seperate Limiq BoostedMMO to Chaddy BoostedMMO. BoostedMMO is BoostedMMO regardless of who owns it

 

Not even that, I have proof that I in fact did play that account and owned it in other means
I have ordered over 3.5 ish Bil worth of services from Pirates of Gielinor which is an extremely respected and vouched discord server as well.
I have records / logs of sending my info and them logging into my account to do work. *Note, there is no way they could have recovered my account and I am certain they are not a culprit or a suspect whatsoever* only the original creater of [email protected] could have done this AKA Limiq AKA owner of BoostedMMO.
Whence I have the discord pull i can provide multiple logs, but ill start off with this one
