What will be the most popular weapons too use staking once update comes?

Well as most people know, staking has been gone since 2007, which is around 4 years now. since then, tons and tons of new weapons have been introduced to the game such as dragon claws, vesta's longsword etc. what do you think will be the most efficient staking weapons too use now that dds and whips are overpowered by other weapons?

 

Depends what rules are turned on... It'll probably be dds/ chaotic rapier for no arms. Hopefully boxing will still be very popular

Been wondering the same DDS will definately be used alot, I will just PK though as its what ive always enjoyed

 

i respect that, i mean pking is how i started making money, then i figured out staking and i always enjoyed that also

 

Probably the DDS still, along with either a whip or a Chaotic Rapier. If your going to do a stake with armor and food it will probably vary a lot from player to player.

 

I have a feeling a lot of classic staker builds will still be popular.

 

Well I am hoping that jagex will add a rule to enable or disable non tradables. In that case I think whip/dds will be the most popular.

Or even an option to turn off Dung Items.

Im *hoping* that there will options to turn off non-tradeables / dung weapons. Im looking foward to seeing DDS > whip, mage boxing and boxing, alot of the old styles =]

 

Isn't the claws spec better than the dds? Or is the dds more valuable because you can spec 4 times?

 

Im guessing most will have shield off, so you will not be able to use claws.

 

I'm thinking dds/vls for those who don't have rapier.

Vls's normal hits are pretty rigged.

As long as boxing comes back strong im happy trying to deal with all the other rules never ends well for atleast one of the people especially with all the new weapons id stick to boxing if i had to do anything.

 

My guess is either VLS, or the chaotic weapons
Then the SOL will be crazy too.
