It's been mine for a year or two now, I tried selling it a few times, and it hasn't been successful.

I'm not looking for un-legitimate offers, please do not post silly offers.

It has 145 quest points, please take that into consideration. It literally tears up the pvp worlds.

Notice that I spent a lot of time questing and such with 31 prayer, not 45, as shown DT and Lunar Diplomacy is done.
