I added him on msn because I wanted to buy his iPhone 4. He told me 200$.

I sent the first 50 USD on the December 25th. This was to show that I was interested because he said he had other people that wanted to buy. Then I told him When the post opens then I will send the rest. So the next day came around and he said he was going to go to post. So I sent him the other 150 USD. They were closed. That was Sunday. Then the day after, Monday, they were closed because a bank holiday. Then it was Tuesday and he didnt ship it out. So I filed a claim on both payments I sent and he got online and started bitching. Since then ive asked him to send refunds on paypal and he says no he wants paypal to deal with it.

I havent kept record of any of the chat logs because i'm stupid. But I do have this one that just shows what we last talked about.



He also states he lives in Southampton. Very south part of UK. The night I was interested in buying it I was willing to drive to his house to get the phone. He denied that and said he was leaving to his cousins house in Manchester. He told me he would be there till Monday. And every time I talked to him about it. It was pushed back to Wednseday.

The phone number he used was just a pay as you go and he had thrown the sim card way. I have the chat log file UNTOUCHED. You can right click and select properties and it will say last modified was December 31, because that was the last time I tried sending him something.

If a mod can PM me and let me know what else I need. I can attempt to message him when he gets on MSN and put him in a trap to show that he didnt send the phone or isnt going to. Or I can send the mod the chat log.

After the 2nd I am going to escalate to a Paypal claim.

The only PM I sent him was the link to this scammer thread. However I could send him a PM saying anything and he wont agree or wont reply.
