20 Def Pure

I have a very nice 20 def pure Atm but i am getting very bored with it. I'm looking to level defense to 45. Does anyone have maybe a list or know witch quests i should do to obtain 45 def?

 

Well you would want to do all the qeusts to do dragon slayer obviously but i dont have an exact list cause i dont feel like doing that much research but go through recipe for disaster and figure out what quests you need to do to get barrows gloves and if you can get it and stay 45 defence. You should be able to do it yourself but maybe someone else can help.
