USFINE Scam me for the first time

Very disappointed in USFINE's customer care. I have sold them quite a few accounts in the past, all without trouble. One thing goes wrong for them and suddenly the customers satisfaction is irrelevant.







^Sorry for my English in the screenshots, when speaking to Chinese people I seem to automatically dumb-down my vocabulary, haha.

Basically, I waited 15 days for my payment, and now they tell me that the buyer of my account has charged back his money, so they can not pay me. They suggest that I recover my account, however I can not as the buyer has set recovery questions. The expected payment amount was $70.

As a result, I am now down my level 123 main account with over 40mil gold and have recieved nothing in return. No compensation, no refund. Just a very rude chat operator who can do nothing but apologise and terminate the chat session.

Very disappointed.

 

Sad to hear you got scammed, weird situation though.

But you should be easily be able to recover it if you're the original owner.

With your first password and other passwords, ISP, creation info etc, member info and just tick the box where it says I haven't set recoveries.​

Already tried, sadly failed. Not sure why, I entered all the details (I am the original creator)
