Diablo 2 - Necromancer Summoner

I remember I had a Necromancer(Necro), sadly I accidentally deleted it while trying to delete another character. Wish they had that thing in like World of Warcraft where you contact a Moderator or something and they would reverse the deleted character. But I'm talking about a Casting Necromancer, not a summoning Necromancer, as I tend to believe that it sucks to have a Necromancer that only summons because you need an attack to kill a monster, then summon, which I find is stupid. Unless you're in a party, then that's ok to have a Summoning Necromancer, but if you're alone, I find it pointless.
