Looking for an Transparant signature,

Hello fellow Gfxers, i would like an new signature & since i know nothing about photoshop etc etc, i would like an signature transparant with the msn sign with

[email protected] on there, if you could do that <3

Basicly, the Msn Sign like the 2 little green & blue things, with my email across it.

 

Can you desribe it more detailed please, I can't understand what your trying to tell me.
Example: I want the text with a blue colour etc.
