It could be anytime really. I'm hoping that it's soon like sometime in Janruary.

Yea mod's stated themselves that once the decision is confirmed (i.e. day vote ends and "YES" is still 90%, LOL), that with the whole Jagex team working on it it would only take a mere few days to implement the changes. so im thinking 15th or 16th at latest as pvp on xtc said

 

It'll probably happen the 14th at like noon, its going to happen even if everyone stops voting, only need 120k votes for the "we need 1m votes" bullshit, regardless how many vote it's going to happen.

 

I think it will happen on the next tuesday after the 14th, not sure on the date but just have a feeling and normal jagex updates used to happen on tuesdays

At the soonest on the 14th when the vote officially ends.

 

I think a few months if anything, Jagex seems to be primarily lazy, and they will probably put off moving the summers end questline, minigames, etc. till late next month if anything

 

i think it will be happening somewhere this month,as i bet the whole jagex r now working on it already as 1mil vote is inevitable*

 

I'm guessing probably the 14th as it's a friday, and they've released some pretty big updates on fridays
