    Bounty Hunter Rogue Rank?
    I have a f2p pure that I pk with. Havn't been on it long as it's not yet ranked with bounty hunter rogue.

    Few questions about the bounty hunter rogue ranks.

    Do I have to be risking in order to get a point towards bounty hunter rogue?

    Can I kill another account of mine multiple times in order to increase this rank?

    I've looked around and couldn't find this info so if anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated :)
