Scammed by Jogaboga

I bought a level 138 last night from Jogaboga for $400.00 USD played on it a little then tried to log on today and the PW has been changed.

I sold an account to user Codytoquinto. He made thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=979706 that I ''scammed'' his account, which he bought from me for 400$. I totally disagree with it. I don't mind to be permanently banned for this but I swear that I didn't even touch it after giving full details to him. I did buy that account but this account was in my hands for a good long time and like most accounts sold in Sythe have been in severals hands. Codytoquinto posted full account information in that thread and this makes me impossible to figure out, if he tricked me or this account was really taken back by someone. I am now not able to confirm IP and because that I refuse to pay any money back. Why should I pay back, if I gave him full info and now we never knew what really happend. Now, it is your turn to make decision. I have had a good nice time in Sythe having now up to 10000$ worth vouches from different people and nice feedback from Sythe management. So, what we do now?

If Jogaboga wants to be unbanned, he should recover the account and provide me with a screenshot showing the IP address of the last individual to log in. If he is unable to recover the account, he has provided you with unsatisfactory recovery details, and, moreover, has refused to refund you.

He is banned until he fulfils the above.
