But, I did 6 xanax last night and I'm still feeling them. Shit lasts too long imo. I'm not recommending anyone to mix benzos with alcohol, you'll get really fucked up, break up your relationships and lose all your stuff. If you still gonna do it prepare for waking up in weird places with your memory lost.

That just means you have a high tolerance. My 23 year old sister is an alcoholic, is 5'2, 110 lbs and drinks a handle of whiskey for breakfast. You'll know when you have a problem. With an addiction, one can't get through a few hours of the day without having a dose to prevent the constant agony you feel without it. Overtime, your body becomes used to the intake of a substance and without it, you won't be able to function. Having withdrawals is a horrible experience, so don't ever get to that point. Theres a reason why the majority of people relapse in the end. If you're just drinking 3 days then it won't be that difficult for you to quit if you really want to. Though I don't really see a reason for you to, other than saving money, if you enjoy it and know how to control it. Don't worry about longterm damage because you're far from having any problems.

This is correct but also very dangerous since alcohol is just one of those things you tend to do too much of. I have a pretty good tolerance to xanax and even I would never take more than 2mg(a bar) before consuming a lot of alcohol. Most people have no idea on the correct dosing of benzos and alcohol for them, so the majority of the time it ends up bad.

What mg were they? Xanax is the strongest benzo out there. Klonopin, Lorazepam, Tempazepam, Valium, etc are all other alternatives.

i take the 'groggy' feeling into consideration and take it easy for that day. the feeling sorta prevents me from drinking too early, or at all.

i've had plenty of times to experiment, and i had a good system going on. once in a while i would push it, only to get too fucked up.

Drinking is the only thing that makes me feel bad the next day especially when mixing, which is one of the main reasons why I rarely drink now. I can take any drug in combination from any psychedelic, ketamine, molly, opiates, etc and not have any problem as long as I'm not dosing too high. The only thing that will make me feel bad is when I smoke a lot of meth for a few days without eat or sleep, but even then I can just take any benzo and smoke some bud to kill the comedown. You definitely can't do that with a hangover from xanax and alcohol unless you're planning on passing out for a while. I like taking benzos by themselves a lot more than I do taking it with alcohol.

I'm pretty much the same, I live in a flat with 2 other guys my age. They all get on the beers every night pretty much. The temptation is too much so I go and get a box too. I know it's bad for us. But hey we have a good time, You only live once so enjoy!

Going back to the original problem... why do you drink? Or feel the need to? Just pleasure?

Quitting drinking is no light matter; it could change your very life. You may suffer depression, irritability, exhaustion, and other side affects. Yet it will help you in the long run. If your trying to quit, try slowly weaning yourself off it. Drink progressively smaller and smaller amounts until you can do without it.

    Dude!
It's good that your body is rejecting it, but try to control your mental addiction too. A good tip is to start exercising and running regularly. This will keep your heart healthy, your body lean and attractive, and it will make you crave drugs (including alcohol) much less.

    I think it's 2 lokos and I'm done now.

I do it for enjoyment I like the taste of the booze I drink and theres nothing wrong on a Monday night.

I suffer from depression and I drink 2 lokos and I'm done now.

Like you said I'm I'm trying to slow it but the temptations always there. I drink to have fun, "Ahh lets just buy a 30 and split it....now that I'm married I need to stop.
