Level 138 locked, What do i do?!

There are some legit account sellers that will not recover at all. It all depends on morality. Plus if they've given you the info, there will be a tug of war, and with the new email registration system, you'll win. And they'll start ignoring the party without the email registration. Its happened to someone i know when he bought an acc.

Next the most logical thing is to unlock it then recover it and they'll start ignoring the IP of the other dude eventually.

Look, buying any accounts EVER is the riskiest thing you can do. The original owner can always recover an account-- even years later.

Sounds like the seller is trying to scam you...just keep trying to recover. Only give recover info that you're SURE is correct though, no info is better than false info.

Previous owner is trying to recover it. simple, chargeback cash and let account go.

 

I'd suggest you fight for it for awhile more, you can get it banned whenever you'd like if you cant manage to get it back. Just email Jagex with all the info you received and paypal pictures i assume.

If you tell them you bought it it's just going to get banned, and you'll never get it back.

Anyway, best of luck to you & from now on try to buy via trusted Sythe sellers if your going to buy!

 

Chargeback and try and get your money back, sorry to say but I think you have been scammed =[. Fill in a scammer report on the person so he dosent scam anyone else hopefully.

 

if it gets banned, the owner doesn't have it anymore either, now does he.

 

Tough Luck... Always use trusted sellers who have vouches regarding selling accounts, especially high levelled ones...
