because some of the old player are comming back but not enough, we must try to tell those old player who quit runescape to vote for this. Try to call all the friends who quit.

When the numbers get very large, as it is here, it takes a lot more votes to one side to change the percents. For example, wouldn't change unless say you get 100,000 votes in a row for yes.

I don't think it's happening on Jan 4th. There's a deadline on the referendum so it could be Jan 14th at the earliest.

 

They said it could happen before the 14th.

There really wasn't a point of the referendum, they already got 1.4m votes on phase 1 even if it wasn't all real people..they still got money for the ads

 

The point in the 2nd poll is because in the 1st poll you could just type in others usernames, or type in "sgfrgergdgghhh" (random fake names) the 2nd one is to less legitimately who wants what. Also they get more money on ads, and just to buy them self more time
