Pay pal question

Ok so I sold my account to a friend for $65 and after we finished the trade he logged out with my info. So I thought he was excited to get the account and left fast. I went to go buy an item online and payed 59 for it. And after I bought it they emailed me a reciept saying it'll be shipped in two days.

But then the guy filed a dispute. Idiot should of charged back if he wanted to scam me but he filed a dispute. I have a neg balance now but my question Is will I still get my item i payed for?

 

I believe it will, because I had gotten neg'd once too and I received what I had bought online.

Yes the same thing happened to me. Also if you want your money back just claim that the goods are virtual and normally paypal will go in favor of you.

Yes you will get your item. As you gave the other person the money and he still has it. Paypal won't chargeback the money from the guy you bought it from, so he has no reason not to send it.
