Recovery?

Hello fellow sythers,
first off, if this is in the wrong section, i apologize and request it to be moved. secondly, i was wondering if anybody knows of a reliable way to recover an account.

I was scammed by Straig, who is now banned. i bought the 137 off him. link to thread here:

i was foolish enough to buy an account that didnt pass the recovery test. the recoveries and email registration are mine, but i still cant recover it. part of the reason being is that he still plays from his original IP address and so he will automatically recover it. i was able to change the password more than 3 times during the 2 months that i had the account. but i still cant recover it.

any suggestions?
