My RWT Ban.

Hey guys, So about 6 days ago, Mod Stevew went on RS, So I decided to talk to him about my runescape account that got banned about 11 months ago for Macroing, I also told him how a Friend of mine botted and only got a 2 week ban, This thread basically shows that Runescape does have systems that check through your acc, And that they can tell if you Have Transferred Money/Items, It was a stupid mistake of me to talk to the Mod, But was worth the try.






About 30 seconds of the last picture, I "Disconnected" From Runescape, Once i tried Logging back on, My account was locked as it was "stolen" So I sent in an appeal And once I checked on it the next morning, It said That the account's Status has been changed and I should check the Account's offences, I saw that I was banned for 2 weeks for RWT, And under proof, It said it was detected by Runescape's Detection Systems.

EDIT: So, I got unbanned, Was happy, But once I logged on, Nothing of my valuable stuff were there, Total bull shit, Eh?

So during the real world trade did you gave proof within your chat to be rwting by talking in private or cc with other people. Or was it a deed that youve done, without ingame chat.

Jagex might only be able to monitor chat lines, not actualy graphics. So they might not be able to visually monitor graphics of that long ago to find this evidence against you. But they might be able to monitor chat lines. So i dont know how long ago it was that you did rwt, but try to remember if you used any lines of text that gave witness of your actions.

that might help alot on learning us how to talk to mods and what we can or cannot say.

 

I'm curious as to how they know you did RWT? Couldn't it just as much been a gift from a friend? How did they know? did you say it in game that you RWT'd? Please give us some info to better understand jagex's detection system.

Sorry, Edited, Was banned for 2 weeks, I haven't told anyone that i transferred anything In-game, Apparently, While I was talking to the Mod, He looked through my account :/ But yeah, I hope you guys learn that If you have ever bought RSGP/Botted/Bug-Abused, Make sure you don't talk with J mods, They look through your account.

I'm not really understanding - so, you're saying that you asked a mod about an old account that was banned, for macroing, and he looked at your current account(now banned) and found that you RWT'd?

When did you RWT on that acc? How did you transfer the GP/item?

 

Yes, I was talking to a J mod about my main that got banned for botting, He basically Ignored everything I was talking about and looked through my account and found out that I did RWT, I honestly don't know how. I'm banned for 2 weeks now, 200m was transferred through a 'Method' That I don't want to mention, And 100m was transferred through G.E, Hope this helped.

jagex mods are lapdogs on their own regime,
so since they can monitor your actions trust me, they dont care if the other guy got a warning or not,
they seem to think that you were involved so they monitored u instead.
And u got caught.

You must feel real bad being banned twice for righteous reports,
have u already checked the other guys highscores. he might be monitored and banned aswell. although i doubt it since it would be a action months after the offence, so they probably will not take action against it.

but you might check, and if he is i hope it makes you feel more comfortable.

He wasn't going to get his account back. Macroing is a permanent ban. He also just got his friend banned, as well as his second account, the OP is a horrible friend.

 

I wouldn't, I've had many chances to report someone for botting, but I believe in something called karma.

 

I read that as the Jmod thought someone had stolen your account and RWTed but since you said no one had been on your account he assumed it was you and that's what lead to the ban :/
