I'm guessing the picture is old you used to be able to get over 100% ep, then jagex updated everything because of the 26king.

 

Get 100% EP in a member pvp world then log into a f2p pvp world and you'll have around 200% ep

 

Wow looks good, although doesn't this take the fun out of the whole game? o.o
