[DENIED] New casino rule

Runehall (for one example) allows cashing in for 07 any amounts you want however when your trying to cash out if you win they are always very hesitant on buying the gold back and always use the ban excuse to keep you waiting which they know most people who are using there site don't have patience so end up losing it

The majority of these sites have an exchange tool which allows the bettor to be able to sell there 07 balance for crypto and withdraw crypto more conveniently (which generally they honour it and withdraw the crypto fairly quick) but the players are forced to use that because it increases the sites profits and because they never stock the ingame

For example, runehall can keep people waiting up to 2 days for 5b 07 ingame (which we all know 5b 07 really isn't that hard to get if your trying to buy it) and its tedious to constantly ask them if they have the gold or not

For them to buy the 5b 07 at current prices they would be paying around .165/m but they don't attempt to buy the gold they just promote there gold sellers and the onsite sell tool which pays 11 cents and give no option to cash the ingame out


My suggestion is if runehall and these other casinos want to use sythe they should be a rule added that if someone requests an ingame cashout it should be fulfilled within 24 hours, 24 hours is long enough to get any amount of 07 or atleast a considerable amount to keep the bettor happy

 

I've seen in a lot of reports etc where business owners will have to loan in some cases etc etc, I think 48 hours would be more appropriate.

 

24 hours, 48 hours being the maximum would be more than fair as Zora said, only if the deposit was in gold. I understand why they would prolong this process which is malicious in my opinion because the user would just get sick and tired of it and continue betting.
