Rsbotting.com issue..

Have any of you guys had this problem?

I bought the Fletcher from rsbotting, they took the 11 bucks from my paypal account, I received the receipt for it, but never received the auth. I tried the auth lookup, nothing happened. I contacted support, they just send me all of the auths on my email. They dont help me to solve the problem whatsoever. Any ideas on what to do, I realize I probably wont get my 11 bucks or my auth back, but I am willing to try.

 

Don't you have a few days to return the bot anyway?

If it doesn't work by then you could just get the refund.

 

Check spam? Sorry, all i can really think about atm since i have never had any problems with them

 

Don't ask for a refund unless it's your last option because if you do so you will not be able to purchase bots from most of the major botting sites that use the nexus client.

 

Yea I forgot to mention that.

Though, you can always make a throwaway paypal acc, send it the money for a bot and then purchase it.

I cant refund If i dont have the auth anyawys.
I also refunded the fullphiled Fletcher bot from oembots.com since it didnt have half the features it said and it didnt work at all. I didnt think it would affect other websites.

Edit: I opend a dispute, and got my money back. I then changed my primary email and it worked. So if any of you guys have similar problems, just refund and change primary email.
