I personally don't think you'll get anywhere, but i don't disagree with anything you said..

Once I purchased an AGS from them, it took them nearly a month and then i got back in contact and they said i'd changed the password 2 weeks ago, i was like wtf? recovered the account and it had dropped Everything.. firecape, torso the lot, they then claimed the order had been finished. The refused me a refund and refused to start the order again.. i was well and truly shafted by gold4rs.. If i recovered my account why would i drop everything :| it doesn't make sense but i couldn't get anywhere with their stupid service i'll never use them again for anything.. sythe all the way stick with the trusted members

 

Gold4rs is a scam. They have terrible reviews they are dumb slant eyed mother fuckers

You bought gold, and it took too long for you to get it, and you want a refund? You should be happy they didn't take your account. Drop it and don't buy from them again.

I actually found Sythe by researching about rs4gold's accountability. Too bad you didn't thought of doing the same. I'm not sure what legal methods you have but they are international laws concerning scamming IRL. Not sure about virtual scamming though. Good luck in your fight against the ''senseies''!

 

They're going to screw you because they aren't a US based company, so they don't have to abide by our laws.

 

I spent over 8 hours trying to get their asian asses to start the bloody thing. I deserve a refund? Besides it's stated in the policy that any order that takes ovr 10 hours to complete is deemed worthy of a 15% refund... Just collecting whats mine mate

 

Too fucking right mate, If it's there policy they need to make sure they do what the state, Any company has to obide to it's legal rules for it's customers, It's like ordering something from Argos they saying oh it ain't ready going to be 2 weeks for this even though they have it in stock.

They arent that bad man, just bitches when it comes to customer service, and sometimes security is an issue, but they complete orders.

Honestly, you should you be glad you still have your account. You wont get your 15%. And you can't report it to anyone either, since it's illegal to buy runescape items/gold. Just leave them alone. They can/will not do anything to help you.

 

You guys should try www.runerich.com It's really cheap and it doesn't take that long. I ordered 70m on my account(2 different orders, 30m + 40m) and my friends ordered 50m + 50m + 40m + 10m + 10m + 25m (all different friends which I ordered for) and they all got their shit. Idk what they do but I would trust them. They have terrible grammar/english too but they do their job. I haven't been scammed sooooo.

 

Yeah, if the goverment finds out you've bought runescape gold YOU'RE FUCKED! Buying runescape gold is only against Jagex's rules lol. You will never get your 15% back and I laughed how you said "I'm going to get my lawyers." It would cost you thousands of dollars to construct a law suite against them and you would only get your $20 back. Scamming is also against chineese and international laws, so, I don't know why people are saying that they don't have to follow these laws.

That is why you buy gold from Sythe. It is a little more expensive but most people here speak correct English with reasonable grammar, and if you use a Trusted member then you won't get scammed.
