Some help from sythe please

So long story short i sold an account a someone new to sythe we used a mm ect. The payment of the account was through paypal as goods. now a few days later the buyer has my account that cant be recovered and is filing a dispute to get my money back, so far the only thing i have sent in my statement but i need some kind of proof that the buyer received his item but paypal wants some kind of tracking so what can i do

 

For the most part, you're probably screwed. Runescape accounts aren't tangible items so there isn't any way that you can prove he received the item.

 

yea i relize that but in his statement he said he purchased a faulty virtual item. which isnt much good for him either

 

At this point I guess you can call up paypal, show them msn logs or try to convince them.

 

the only thing i can say to do is search through ur msn logs, if u have a log of him saying "ok i logged on ty" or something like that then u have it

Well the only way you can prove would be screenshots of him saying that he received the account.

 

they buyer amicably solved to the dispute, his parents probaly found out what he was doing and they stopped the dispute.
