Staker questions[ASK YOUR QUESTONS HERE]

I've recently dug up my old Text files of my accounts i made before trade and wildy was destroyed and i found a half made Veracs staker who is 50-35-45.

I have a few questions about staking as I have not been a real staker i was always more of a pk person.

Questions:

1. I hear people talking about 70-40-70 veracs stakers but i was always told to go 70-45-70...Which would be better?

2. Right now he has 45 hp..what amount of HP should i be aiming for?

3. When staking someone which options should i disable? (mage,range,food,pots. ECT)

4. When staking im supposed to wear crappy noobish looking gear and let them win the first round as a fun fight then ask for a rematch with wagers involved correct?

5. When staking what attack style should a veracs staker be using? Attack?

6. Can you level up attack,def,str,hp levels while staking?

7. Should i worry about staking too much and leveling them too high?

Might as well try with 40 first then go to 45 if it's not working well, there wouldn't be a big difference thought either way

In general high hp is good when staking, I'd just train through something that will give hp experiance (no sw), then if you feel you are too low you can choose to sw it later

3. When staking someone which options should i disable? (mage,range,food,pots. ECT)

It's optional, just realize that every rule that's on should have a reason for being on, like if the ring slot is on make sure you're wearing a recoil (recoil > zerker ring btw), if food is on make sure you have rocktails, if youre opponent turns summon on make sure you're aware of his summon level and so on. The rule that I would say always have off on a verac staker are food and mage (mage owns barrows armour hard)

Meh, if you're staking 50k or small amounts sure, but if you're planning on actually staking than youre opponent is deffinately going to know your stats (and he'll figure out gear) before the fight takes place (remember adventurers log lets opponents see ALL stats and quests). So don't plan on surprising someone for big amounts of gp

5. When staking what attack style should a veracs staker be using? Attack?
att is probs best

6. Can you level up attack,def,str,hp levels while staking?
yes duel arena gives xp

7. Should i worry about staking too much and leveling them too high?
Not really, I mean it would take ALOT of stakes to considerably level up your account (70 to 71 or 72 attack doesn't matter). I wouldn't use the acc to do other things




Also verac's staking probably won't be that great anymore (tbh it never really was) I mean claws specials are ridiculously accurate aswell as dbow specials so the whole not getting hit when you're wearing barrows thing isn't as dominant anymore. Also no offense but it sounds like you've never staked before and it's not something that you can just jump into with an acc (even a well made one) and do well. But good luck, if you have a bad internet connection you can't do well either.

 

1, I have an near perfect staker, however no1 will stake me once they search me on high-scores, any advice?

 

find other people with near perfect stats and outskill them (your edge will probably be like a max of 4% though in the longrun), offer x2's to people with worse stats, try to make your username hard to search (only will work on small stakes)

youre kinda screwed though, this is why being a perfect acc sucks, you can't get action, like the best staker ever was like 85/85/75 so perfect fancy stat's aren't necessary to do well
