Scam Report: Sneaky82

This isn't much of a scam report as it is a warning. I did some research on Sneaky82 and found that he has attempted to scam, or did scam in the past. He used the method in which one would state that he/she has a bot or program to aid you in Runescape that can only be attained by sending a 'code' to a specific E-mail. The poor user who falls for this sends their username and password to the E-mail of the scammer.

Please not that the date of the posts are two days apart. I'm not sure if this action is worthy of a ban, but I think that a TWC symbol for a bit would do well.
