    This guy is full of shit. He WILL scam you with his false vouches and silver tongue. Please BAN him asap. One member states that an account he sold was recovered right back, "I scales I" and "mister end" was banned for just being a douche/false voucher. BAN THIS SHIT EATER.

    You need to post it in the dispute a scammer section, and you need evidence. Other wise nothing will happen.

    Perhaps you can provide some proof and report him in the Report a Scammer section...

    Edit: Looks like he's been scamming for quite some time. His name is Sam Brown.

    He had a report out against him but they could not link the MSN to an account. Here

    Now that we can link the MSN to 'I quit Rs today' he can be banned.
