Is deathmatching a bannable offense?

I see lots of DM'ers get banned, and they often just buy new accounts and continue.
For the average dude who does infrequent deathmatches and doesn't Real world trade, is this a bannable offense ? and if it is, do you get temped first or permanently banned first offense.

 

Sold close to 150 Dmers and yes, its a bannable offense. Ranks and streamers are always getting the ban in like a day. The average joe is getting banned too but its less common. Pretty much 100% perm ban, you are really lucky if its a temp.
Obv those im referring to are RWTers, no idea if ur getting the ban if ur not a RWTer.
