    I haven't played RS for like 1 year.

    My question it is. During that time you could trap Ankous in Stronghold of Security for safe range training. I've tried that today but it seems it doens't work anymore.

    Is that true?

    Hmm. Isn't the main problem simply that when you trap one, another one spawns and attacks you?

    Thats always been a problem.. Just stay in their for awhile and attack them. Eventually they will be non-aggressive and you can safely range them. :)

    Havent been to the stronghold in a while, But why not stand in a corner behind some rocks or something.
    Or simply bring some b2p.

    Could always wait untill they aren ot agressive.
