How safe is Paypal in this specific case?

    How safe is Paypal in this specific case?
    If I sell something to someone. They send me money, through friends and family. They write as a note with the money, that under no circumstances will they chargeback. The money is also sent as Paypal balance.

    With all of this in mind. Is chargeback still a thing, which can be done?

    Yea common thing they do is say their paypal account was hacked or they dispute the charge with their credit card company.
