Must have bank pin to keep your bank safe
Must have weapons, armor
Must have set email
Must have set recovery questions

Status: Closed on school days, Opened on Weekends and public holidays

If you find that you don't fulfill one of the above requirements and would still like a free torso, I strongly advise you to get the above requirements
