Explanation of the trade: I was interested in buying a $250 Ironman account from Searchy, a guy I have bought/sold billions from prior. He sent me screenshots of the account and had not informed me that it had a recent black mark from May 2023 on the account. He then proceeds to play dumb and just say it's expired or it was false and happened during training (but never appealed?). After I tell him it happened in May and wasn't expired he proceeds to just say it doesn't matter and makes no difference. I ask for a refund as I would never have bought the account if I knew it had a blackmark (who would???). Then he proceeds to tell me that I can sell it back for $20? Like that is disgusting trading practices. On his HCIM/IM post he also says no account he sells has an email linked, well this one did of course as well. Even if I don't get my money back, I want to make sure other people are aware this could possibly be there experience with him.

Hello, this guy couldn't even wait till i finished dinner. You spassed out and wrote a report when I didn't respond for 30 minutes when I literally said I was having dinner

1) We sell hundreds accounts and obviously don't check all accounts ban meter.
2) I never refused to give you a refund. I initially offered a discount for the black mark, as 99% of customers would prefer that
3) I never said you could sell it back for $20. Please don't make stuff up, I offered you a $20 discount on the account
4) You blame me for the account having an email, but I told you this up front and you agreed anyway.

I was going to resolve this with you after I got back from dinner, but it seems you prefer to waste sythe staffs time instead
