My account is locked after getting hacked

how do i unlock it?
it says i need to change all my info but dunno where to change it all
im guessing its on battle.net but where about on there
i have changed the email address and added an authenticator and not sure where to go from here

Quite honestly a phone call is the quickest way to solve this. If you are the legit owner it will take a few minutes most if you have all you information prepared. The representative will do everything for you quickly. Or if you just want to try it online www.battle.net and change i suppose all information you can.

 

hmm i think ill phone but the thing is im not the original owner i brought it but i do have all the info for the account

 

Ah ok. Yea make sure when they ask for name and etc you have a notepad or piece of paper with the original info on it. Don't be like "my name is john jackson" when the name on the account says "Dick henry" lol. Goodluck man.

atleast if i do get it back they got my DK to level 84 and got 2 profs to 525

 

Call them. It is pretty quick and easy. They will just ask you about what happened, then ask you account details and security questions and your done.

 

i phoned and they said i cant recover without the wotlk key, and i dont have it
they also got it back now and i cant recover it

i had the same i've called them and they unblocked my account in a week or so
