Fastest way training 97-99 att at?

hey guys,
pleaseee help me , currently the place im training at is ridiculously slow( at giant spiders) and i was thinking if there is any other mobs i can go to get faster exp , Where shall i go to train my att from 97-99 and additionally to get descent loot?
I am lvl 118 cb, I have a descent items and stats, i got 99 str, 97 att, 9 81 def

if ur member train slayer (with black mask) fast xp and good loot
if ur f2p try cockroaches, decent drops and good xp/h

 

Armoured zombies if you've done defender of varrock, or slayer.

 

Giant spiders in stronghold

with guthans you can pretty much camp there untill maxed meele

 

I'm 97 attack to so i thought it might be intresting to look at some of the comments, The best way i've done up to now is slayer.. I find it extremely fast but i came on here to see if theres any other/better suggestions..

 

Tzhaar creatures are 50k xp/hr and drop decent loot. Once you collect 2.7M tokkul you can trade for a uncut onyx too.

 

I assume you mean legit playing not botting? I literally have the exact same stats as you and I average about 65k exp an hour at bandits. My inv usually has 4 super sets with 4 bunyips and a summoning potion. I repot every 11 minutes (bunyip lasts 44 minutes, 1 super set per bunyip) I've been camping hard for the last couple of days trying to get 99 attack. Good luck to you

 

Armored zombies, ankou, zombie monkeys or slayer if you're members. Cockroaches if you're f2p.
