I stopped playing Runescape a really long time ago and have a green partyhat on one of my lower level pures (I think it's level 37, but shouldn't matter after the free trade change passes.) I attached a picture with different views and pics of it in my inventory, equipped, and whatnot. I can also prove it to you in-game that I actually have it if you wish.

I'll take offers. I've been browsing the site just a little bit and I guess the system works on a "vouch" system and since I'm new I have zero vouches. But I don't care about Runescape anymore, so I figured I would take advantage of it and sell whatever I have.

I absolutely will not go first. However, I am willing to use a trusted middleman if you pay the fees.
