Price of gold on sythe after trade limit removal?

After the trade limit is removed would prices of gold be around $1 for 1m?

I plan to set up my own GP shop once trade limit is removed...

 

There are users who state that they are going to lower their prices to $.60-$.80/M. I'm guessing $.75-$1.00/M should be the usual price for a bit.

 

The price of gold may drop to $0.50/M because of all of the surplus of gold going around. Maybe after a few months it'll stabilize to $1/M.

 

rly? I feel like it will go up cause GE merching will be gone. Or will there so called "new" anti rwt/botting technology prevent it all?

O/T:Yes im thinking so. Also due to the trade limit being removed, people are going to recover all their accs/old accs and transfer all the cash to a Main. Due to this, im guessing there will be hundreds of people on this site saying: ive been scammed! Acc was recovered!

the reason gold prices are about $1+ now adays is because of the difficulty in transferring the cash. So when you buy gold, the majority of your cash pays off the time it takes to transfer the gold.

With free trade coming up, $1+ is an unreasonable amount to pay for 1mil of gold. So the prices should be lowered to about $0.80 per mil. THat way, every one would be happy.

Also, once free trade comes up again, were gonna see millions of gold shops appear everywhere. There will be a lot of competition. Its gonna be interesting watching them fight

I agree with everyone else. I feel the price will go down simply because it will be easier to trade the mills, rather than having to take the time and xfer it. This will allow for faster trades and more gold circulating.

 

Ok now most people agree that prices will go down,but why is that usfine and gold4rs r increasing their gold price even when it is said to go down???

More gold available, no method needed, heaps of accounts sitting there with alot of wealth = Lower prices.
After 6 months of clearing out stock, prices should stabilize about $2/M, I'm hoping.

 

I definitly agree with a stabalization at a HIGHER price than currently. There is so much gold in the economy right now and the pvp/bh icons arent helping that situation out at all. Once alching is the only major contributer to NEW gold being formed (I doubt a 56gp drop from monsters will effect it much), I believe the prices will spike and then stabalize above current /mil price.

Also, although everyone will be selling all there gold, (which will definitly crash IRL gold prices temporarily), that stock is nothing compared to the professional goldfarmers/goldsellers like alot of the members on sythe and other similair sites. The true price will be decided by the goldsellers who have hundreds of millions of gp handled each day, they will determine what the stabalization price will be. Overall, people like instant satisfaction, so that nooblet who just lost 100mil to a stake, will want his glory back instantaneously, not after 3 weeks of botting, or god forbid he plays legit months, and he will be willing to pay.

Overall prediction: I see lowest prices at $0.50/mil, then spike to around $2, and probably settling down somewhere between $1/mil and $2/mil, hopefully closer to 2.
