Yes it's safe. Jagex doesn't monitor/ban IP's unless it's a very serious offense (Bug Abuse of some sort).

 

Although this is the completely wrong forum I feel obligated to answer your question. Botting in general isn't the safest. However botting multiple accounts really isn't that much more risky. The ban percentage doesn't exponentially increase per account added if that is what you are asking. Good luck and happy botting!

 

botting on more then 1 account has nothing to do with getting banned it is the amounts of reports/unhuman like behavoir such as being on your account for 24 hours in 1 sitting
