24 hour macroing (minor) ban

I received a 24 hour macroing (minor) ban for using an auto clicker. I appealed it, and the ban expires in 3 hours.
What I'm worried about is the ol' rollback. I got a ban once back in the day and they took money from my account as well as rolled back some stats.

Does anyone know if they still do this? What are the consequences other than 24 hours off the game?

 

You’ll just get the ban, you’re good

 

You'll only not be able to play the displayed time, they don't do rollbacks anymore afaik for minor macro bans

 

I've heard appealing could possibly lead to a perma. Could be wrong though.
