Looking for some graphics for my MM'ing services!

If anyone is feeling grateful, and wants to make a few graphics for my mm'ing application that would be great! It really doesn't have to be much at all, just a little something to spice up the look of my application.

Here's what I'm looking to get:
-A banner with "FishFishy's Free MiddleManning!". I'm not looking for anything in particular, just something that looks cool.

-I would also like to have a graphic for the things that I can middleman for. Here's what I want it to say:
