Are all this account hacked? Why are all of them verified to an unknown user?

 

Not all - Just most.
Male sure you look at the end of each sentence for "VAC (ENGINE)" Some VACCED off some engines.
Then "Verified to user"

They're the useless ones.
some of them I own, and are vacced/not vacced
