How To Make A PayPal With No Credit Card Or Bank Account

In this guide I will show you how to make a PayPal with these limits :



So first of all go to http://paypal.com and click "Sign Up",



Once you have clicked "Sign Up", you will be find yourself on this page,



Change the country to New Zealand and click the "Get Started" button under "Premier"(As shown in the picture).

Now you will find yourself on this page,




Enter your email address, a password, the name doesn't have to be real but at least be a proper name(you can use ttp://fakenamegenorator.com), for your date of birth just make sure it's below 1992, nationality should be New Zealand, for your address you can use that one but change the "148" to "12" or "17" etc, for city put Auckland, postal code you can put 1478 or any four digits and phone number you can just put 00000000000. Then click "Agree and Create Account". You will now find yourself on this page,



Just click "Go to My Account" under the Continue button as shown in the image above. Now you're nearly done, you just need to confirm your email. So after you clicked "Go to My Account" you will be on this page,



So now click confirm email address as shown in the image above and follow the instructions to confirm your email on this page,



Once you have confirmed your email you will now have these limits,



Just don't draw too much attention to your account or they may limit you if you have a decent amount of cash in there.

You get a total sending limit of $3223.98USD and a withdrawal limit of $570.68USD per month. But really if you're getting anywhere near those then you should have it attached to your bank at least.

Yeah, I've been using this for ages and I just tell people and they tell me to do it as Payment Owed or put a note saying I received the item.

 

My account has 1500Euro\year sending limit and this is enough for what I need I can't verify it because I have no credit card or bank account atm but I'll verify it asap ^^
