Best staking stats melee

My stats are 51 att 39 str 1 def 1 pray 46 hp Should i get defence? Tell the final stats I should get below 80 combat

 

dds fight one handed only, IMO. 60 attack 99 str, no defence, no prayer.

 

The guy above obviously has no experience in staking.

All you want is Highish Attack, low str and High defence if your going for level 80. Get 60 attack, 99 defence and then like 60 str or so, you'll win.

 

If that for no arm/weps boxing? Possibliy could be good, idk how.. But I knew staking as 70atk 99str 1def 99hp for dds/whip staking

 

I was thinking 70 attack like 60 str like 70 defence 70 hp?

 

I find with building a staker its good fun to stake as you level up. Also helps fund the tanking gear as you will come across a lot of 100k or so stakes and win 90% of the time.

If I was making a staker again I would go for

60 40 1 (dds stake armour off)

then

60 40 40 (armour on)

then

60 40 70

then

70 40 70

This is if you want to make a tank...

 

high def low prayer

 

80-50-80 for boxer and 60-99-1 for ddser

 

people are making these weird ass builds...the highest one ive seen is like 90 combat..and what 90 combat person has 10m+ to stake?
if you want to start raking in real cash, just get 99 attack,str,def,hp and 1 pray. Youll be 113 combat and be able to box out anybody at your combat.

 

personally im making a 70 atk, 99 str, 99 hp, 1 def, dds/whip staker. might eventually bump up the def.

 

For staking you need defense and low prayer so you combat isn't high. Str isn't very important but helps and make sure your attack is high aswell.

 

You can stake phats on lvl 40 kiddo, its all people giving cash from mains to pures.

 

alot of the suggestions will scare people off, for a staker you want maybe 70 attack-91 str-55 defense with 1 pray ofcourse thats what im going for anyway.
