Do you think Jagex will bring back old graphics?

Its just a question, idk about you guys but i sure as hell miss the old graphics. and i would pay a lot to have them back. i mean the new graphics are nice and all, but its just not the same, also what do you think of the new 500k item keep in new wildy?

 

Honestly if you think about it, a lot of players quit because they thought the new graphics were to "childish"

 

I wish we could change our interface at least.

Graphics are 500x better and no one wants them returned other than you.

 

Exactly, i know i sound stupid like this, but lets take battlescape for example, they let you change between graphics, 474 or 506 or something i dont remember, but if jagex would have a place in the main menu to change it from old to new, i think it would bring them a lot of money even if its for mems only

 

Speaks a person who obviously didnt play old rs, if you knew how much the old graphics fit, you'd be much happier with them, it was so simple than. nothing moved so much, it was much simplier

 

Yea, because people would really join just so they could re-experience their old interfaces.

What draws people to Runescape is the gameplay, not the graphics.

 

exactly, if you wanted graphics go buy WoW, it beats rs by a million.

 

I played old rs and the graphics were horrible.

 

The new graphics to me are much better than the older graphics there were. I say they should keep it this way.

 

They won't bring back old graphics...why would they.

 

PKing with old graphics to me just brings back memories and is so much more fun.

 

you call them childish but what "child" gets payed big bucks to draw up new graphics... exactly no "child" does these graphix take time and money and if you dont like it move to canada... and yes i like being able to verify that your have eyes now on rs.. and also i played the old rs and new graphixs are better

 

i give up on this honestly, i made this thread to have a nice CONVERSATION about this, and it becomes a flame war, you guys seriously need to go find something to take your anger out, maybe buy a punching bag? idk, but get your anger out somewhere else, stop making flame wars, they dont get anyone anywhere.

 

Hell no, its obvious they wont bring it back. they could bring back stuff like wildy+ ft cause they are concepts. graphically impossible. They need to keep up to date on games, their 03 graphics wont do.

Plus hate me or not, i like the new graphics.

 

Like many have said before the obvious answer is no they've worked hard to improve their graphics why throw away years of work?

 

Yep, after all the painstaking hours spent in enhancing the graphics, I'm 110% sure that they'll revert back to the old ones.

 

I did like them, but it's better now. Time to adapt, not whine.

 

You can still change it back to low detail, but that's about as close as you're going to get. It'd be an utter waste of time to put it back.

 

I think they should bring back the old graphics, but only you have the option to use them or no. Cuz like you can see ^ some people like the old graphics some like the new.
