I would get 80 defense just in case since you are such low hp, also invest in a DFS and get a VLS since you are 20 attack, 94 strength.

I believe that account would be GREAT for staking, good luck to you when staking comes back

no prayer, most people USED to stake without prayer, not sure about future.

Low HP, you can get koed easy.
Strength is unnessecary when you are using range, prayer fucks up your combat.

This, don't waste your money buyng the VLS or the DFS you will get pwned anyways, don't use this account for staking.

Don't expect to stake with prayer. 99% of the time nobody uses it. So the answer would be nop (compared to a non-prayer account such as the one I have)

 

I think that would be a pretty good staker, if it had lower prayer it would be even better but you'll do pretty darn well if you know how to stake and the tactics. Good luck!
