Sorry to tell you your not going to be receiving many applications from trusted members and your idea won't really get much attention from the right people.

Already you received a "trusted" member in your eyes (his vouches aren't really that great) and have a waiting list for those that aren't trusted. If anyone wanted to do any of the listed services and they were "elite" or highly trusted; they could do that on their own.
