I do not knwo what this is. is it like a P.O. Box? if then, yes i can.

My computer crashed while the ipod was syncing. It was an old computer and apperently couldn't handle it. i contacted apple and the software in it just needs to be reset. If you are good with computers/ipods you could probably do it yourself, i most certainly am not
