Gold4Rs - Getting a refund for hacked accounts.

For future reference it is IMPOSSIBLE to get paypal to give you a refund as paypal has a strict policy of only offering refunds on trades done through Ebay. If you doubt me just call them and ask on their refund policy, I have had to deal with this type of stuff before as well.

 

If I just knew that before I used gold4rs...

Always go look up on google key terms such as "Gold4RS scam?". You will find people who post up if they got scammed or not. Unfortunately the same thing happened to me with my main. I sold it to them and then they disputed the claim. for $300 which then got my paypal limited.

Hey, an account i bought from them 2 months ago for $250 just got recovered by its original owner. They are supposedly trying to get it back for me, but im sure they wont be able to recover it.

Should I dispute it with paypal? I know that Paypal's policy is to not refund any virtual items purchased as it is too hard too investigate or w/e.

Or should I go straight to my bank, telling them i didnt recieve what I bought?
Even though I purchased the account 2 months ago?

Hard situation, if you bought it with a CC call the CC company Visa-Mastercard etc. Thats ur best shot, if not then ask them to refund, if that fails try to dispute and escalate into a claim. GL

 

well dude your screwed. they will offer u a 50.00 account in place for the stolen one. and if dispute paypal u wont win. i got jacked out of 190.00 from a account and 60m gold i bought. best thing u could do would be like u said call your bank and say you did not recive items. good luck man.

PS: we all need to think of a way to get them back for what there doing to people. they shouldnt sell accounts if there not going to stand behind them 100% like they say on there website.

 

I think im just going to call my bank. I will just tell them that i didnt contact them earlier cause I was trying to work it out with gold4rs personally. Unfortunatly i didnt purchase it with a cc, cc is almost 100% refund i think. Hopefully my bank will refund it.
