Account Recovery Trick

I've supplied Jagex with all the information I need to get my account back. I had my email registered and entered the security code, I gave all the membership transaction details they asked for, all my old passwords. The guy who hacked my account deleted the recovery questions so they aren't there anymore. I've appealed over 5 times now and they all say not enough information was supplied. What else can I do?

 

You can still give them the old recovery details. If the information you entered is correct... it should work. Tell them when your account was created and with what isp.

Keep trying I guess. Just remember that no information is better than false information, aka make sure everything you tell them is correct.
