i paid for account 5 was recovered within 2 hours. He got the account back for me and then i tried logging on in the morning and the pass has changed yet again. still waiting on a refund.

 

So the account was recovered that i paid for and now he is ignoring my reqwuest for a refund. i have told paypal and if nothing gets done i will be calling the police.
