If u have money to kill and the tokens gravite longsword at spiders with str pots is about 40k+/h

 

The best training for high level f2p are:

Giant Spiders
Ankous
Ice Giants
Greater Demons

I remember averaging ~50k at spiders with 98 Strength. You should try them.

 

Spiders are probably better than zombies, yea.

Just go and test it for an hour, then you'll be sure.
