FireZ - Don't do spam reports that are of you...

 

@Anyone ripping on specific moderators - if you're annoyed at a person then post CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, let them know how to improve and don't just laden your post with abuse/insults.

 

Feedback is constructive as is. The staff don't like to sugarcoat so why should we? If they can't figure out how they can improve from a response than that's a laugh.

Oh no I'm just referring to people who post things along the lines of: "shit moderator, you suck" or "I hate you"
(I'm generalizing here of course)

I am sure we all love each other here. I don't mind the harsh feedback, just remember to keep it professional.

Exactly what I was thinking. People probably think that I have a problem with FireZ because I called him a "prick" and a "spammer" but the truth is I have no hate or an issue with him. I'm just honest and I wouldn't lie about my feelings. FireZ is a good moderator and I do agree a lot of people have been leaving a lot of negative comments towards him but than again I'd prefer the truth rather than a bunch of smiley faces and "good jobs!".

 

Me and Matt are totally fine for the record. Were just 2 guys who don't sugarcoat things....

Freedom of speech is what's meant to come of this thread evidently not, post criticism here and you'll be banned for the easiest of things

I have two beefs with the staff:

1. We are still minus a GFX mod, I love Alt and I know he tries but there is still spam and no one to organize out GFX contests and events.

2. I have had a recovery request out for over 2 months, I keep reposting it and I never get any help... I have reposted it 4 different times and I offer to give all the information they need and I never get contacted...

There are good mods and then there are some dick mods, I love Alt because he is super chill and Benwise when/if he is still a mod...

 

Hamjamk- Love this guy, bought gold from him in the past and he helped me out by MMing a $200 account.

Rohail is the man and Pokemoners is pretty cool too, Magic Arrow has a tupac quote in his signature which is pretty boss.

 

Hahanerd-Doesn't respond unless you make/give him money/do his mod job for him

Don't get mad when you harass him and he doesn't respond to you. Maybe try being a bit more friendly when you talk to him and you might get a response you like.

What does doing his mod job even mean?

Pen- despite some of the dumb drama and flaming you endured on my end, you earned my respect. Props to a good admin, hopefully well see you return.

Karl - Haven't talked with you since you become mod I think, but you seem to be doing well.
Magic Arrow - Never really in UE so can't comment
Pokemoners - Haven't seen that much of you around
Angelmax - Haven't seen you in awhile.
Clashfan (IRC mod) - Seems there is no longer IRC ATM there's nothing to comment on.
Greg - Havent seen any spam reports done by you in awhile but might be due to xmas.
Gohan - Your a pretty supportive person keep up the good work.
Hahanerd - You seem to knock down the Spam reports you've done like around 80-90% of them for 30pages good job ^_^
venom - I seen you online today, but that's about it.
xeleration - think your gone so i'll skip past you.
Blupig - Thanks for the help the other day, your knowledge is very helpful

Alteranz - I like the fact that your still doing some spam reports, even as gobal

Matthew - Fills the role of head of donations well
Pen - Best of luck, hope to see you back sometime.

Tyro - Havent seen you on alot, but i know you use invisible mode.

 

Finn - You seem to have this ability to lighten the site up. You have many brilliant ideas and are always doing what is best for the site. I'm sure there are many others behind me when I say we're happy to have you back.

Also, Finn, Pureown, nonamekiller and Louis will need to be added, and Pen removed
