since Jagex decided to bring back Free Trade + Old Wildy..

Will there still be a ditch or not?

they added the ditch to prevent luring ( scamming )

Luring is against the rules, so I guess yea, if you overdo it you might get banned for it.

Depends on the severity of your actions though - just like with bug abuse.

 

Yeah I suppose you might be able to do a few kills on some unknowing kids but I highly doubt there will be any more luring *montages.

 

The ditch was implemented pre-wilderness update, so it's here to stay.

It was still possible to lure post-ditch, and I can assure you people will still try to lure

I think the current generation of kids have become somewhat smarter and more mature. I may be proven wrong..

 

Can you lure at the wildy bank near the volcano? Like if a person is on the stairs?

 

Before the wilderness update there was no volcano, so it may be removed, and if not, there's no guarantee it will be a safe area anyway.
